By accessing or using the Express Dispatch website, customer portal, tracking functionality, or related services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the relevant service.

Accounts

Certain features may require an account. When creating an account, you are responsible for providing information that is accurate and reasonably current.

Account security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for taking reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access.

Do not share your password, authentication codes, or other account credentials with another person.

Shipments

Shipment information submitted through the platform should be accurate, complete, and provided for a legitimate delivery purpose.

Shipment acceptance, pricing, delivery timelines, service limitations, and other operational conditions may depend on the specific service selected and the applicable service agreement.

Tracking information

Express Dispatch may provide shipment status, tracking events, route information, timestamps, and other delivery-related information through the platform.

Tracking information can change as shipment records are updated. Estimated information may differ from final operational outcomes.

Where the platform identifies demonstration or sample tracking data, that information must not be interpreted as a live physical-location feed.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the platform only for lawful and legitimate purposes.

You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or administrative functions.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the website or API.
• Submit knowingly false or misleading information.
• Abuse tracking functionality or access shipment information without authorization.
• Use automated activity in a manner that unreasonably burdens the platform.
• Use the service in violation of applicable law.

Service availability

We aim to maintain a reliable service, but websites, APIs, databases, networks, and other technical systems can occasionally experience interruptions.

Maintenance, updates, security events, network failures, third-party dependencies, or circumstances outside reasonable control may affect availability.

Third-party services

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Their availability may affect corresponding Express Dispatch functionality.
